Not completely satisfied?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will refund the value of the goods back to you.

Exchanging Items for a different size.

As long as we have it in stock we are happy to exchange it for a different size, post the item back to us and will send a replacement free of charge.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us right away. Please return faulty items as soon as possible. In the case of a faulty item, we will refund the original shipping charge. Please note however, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received does not match what is stated on your original order, please contact us right away. Please return it to us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt. To guarantee that we will still have the item you ordered in stock, it is advisable to notify us by email as soon as possible so that we can reserve the item.

Returns/ Exchanges

Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you have a problem please contact us via email or phone within 7 days.

If the goods are not what you expected or the wrong size just send us an email and return the goods via the post office. We can send a replacement at no extra charge *providing it is in stock.

Making a return or exchange is easy just returning the goods to our shop.

 Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. 

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Kathleen McAuliffe and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Can I Cancel my Order

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at info@kathleenmcauliffe.com or by calling us on (00 353) 066 91 50644 Monday to Friday 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays). You must do this as soon as possible. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, then you will need to follow our returns procedure outlined in the point below

Colors are different?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Kathleen McAuliffe. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour

Terms And Conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. We reserve the right to reject an offer to purchase by you at any time.
When an order is placed we will send an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered, and the total cost of the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email which is also your receipt, as your product is shipped from our warehouse. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Kathleenmcauliffe.com. will take place on dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it before the order is shipped.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following;

1) The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.

2) Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.

3) The identification of a pricing or description error.

If there are any problems with accepting your order we shall contact you.

Accepted Payments methods.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, excluding American Express. and will be debited from your account upon dispatch of your order.

You undertake that the credit/debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own or your company's card, That you are authorized to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods you order.

Cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices are inclusive of Irish VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

What Is Our Security/Privacy Policy

This is a secure website. All online orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology, to prevent information from being intercepted. We use an Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate, which means that you can be even more secure in the knowledge that your details are secure. EV certificates require further background checks and information in order to acquire, and certify the authenticity of the purchasing organisation. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998. In general, we use the personal information and other data that we collect from you to fulfil orders, identify personal preferences and match your needs with relevant products and services provided by us. We only do this to provide you with the best possible service. The information which you provide us may also be shared with our associated companies who may also contact you from time to time by email with information, products or services which may be of interest to you.
