Standard Delivery - Items are sent using Fasttrack Couriers.. You will need somone to sign for you goods
Orders taken before 12 am will be posted the same day. Post times with in Ireland are 1 to 2 day. Most orders will be next day if ordered before 12. But please alow 2 days for delivery. Deliverys are not made on saturday or Sunday
We are able to send items overseas weighing no more than 2kg using the An post International Signed For™ service. Most UK packages will take around 3 to 4 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Royal Mail tracks all International Signed For™ items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item.
Our aim is to make your shopping experance as easy as possible. If you have problem please contact us via email or phone within 7 days . If the goods are not what you expected or the wrong size just send us a email and return the goods via the post office. We can, as long as we have the stock send a replacment at no extra charge. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Kathleen McAuliffe and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. We reserve the right to reject an offer to purchase by you at any time.
When an order is placed we will send an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered, and total cost of the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email which is also your receipt, as your product is shipped from our warehouse. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Kathleenmcauliffe.com. will take place on dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before the order is shipped.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following; the product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorization for your payment, or the identification of a pricing or description error. If there are any problems with accepting your order we shall contact you.
Payments we take.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, excluding American Express, and will be debited from your account on dispatch of your order. You undertake that the credit/debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own or your company's card, that you are authorized to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods you order from us.
Cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices are inclusive of Irish VAT (where applicable) at the current rates, and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
